Meet the Dillon Commercial Real Estate Team

Rhody Dillon, SIOR
President, is a life long area native, born in Raleigh,
educated and a 1973 Graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. He is married and the father
of two daughters. He opened his business in November of 1995, having spent 15
years with a global real estate interest. He is a member in good standing of
SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a 1700 member national
organization of commercial real estate professionals. His entire career has
been spent working in commercial real estate and its related fields in and
around the RTP and Raleigh market.

Les Pearce
A Raleigh native and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill Business School, Les's experience includes 17 years with Progress Energy, where he was manager of corporate real estate and responsible for over $500 million of land and facilities. Les is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). He joined Dillon Commercial in April of 2000, where he specializes in acquisition and sales of investment properties, land acquisition and tenant representation.

Julie Crisafulli
Formerly from Detroit, Michigan, Julie moved to Raleigh in 1983 and attended North Carolina State University. Julie's working background includes over eight years experience in property management with homeowner's associations and apartment communities in the Triangle. Before making the decision to resume her career in real estate, Julie worked in the Human Resources Department for a local software company.

Andy English
Morganton, NC native, Andy graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1998 with a degree in Religious Studies. Before joining Dillon Commercial, Andy spent six years leading a Raleigh non-profit organization, Hand Up Foundation, where he coordinated both the program and financial development of the organization. He is a Community HOPE mentor to young men living in affordable housing, a volunteer basketball coach and fundraiser for the Central YMCA, and an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. Andy is married and has a son, Cruz. His responsibilities at Dillon include new business development and handling existing client needs with the company.
